Common questions
Does this replace a site visit?
No, and we never pretend it does. Every evaluation ends with exactly what a physical visit must confirm. We tell you which sites are worth the drive, and what to check when you get there.
Is it only infrastructure?
No. We score total viability, market and infrastructure both, weighted to what actually decides the specific build. A drive-thru is mostly demand; a data center is mostly power and connectivity. Infrastructure depth is our sharpest tooth, not our whole identity.
Which markets does it cover?
Anywhere there is a site. We are strongest where footfall data does not exist: emerging markets and infrastructure corridors the incumbent platforms cannot see.
How accurate is it?
We blind-test the engine against sites whose outcomes are already known and publish the hit rate, including the misses. The score never overstates what it knows: every claim is labeled confirmed, estimated, or verify-on-site.
Do I need a contract?
No seats, no lock-in, no annual handcuffs. Your first scan is free; after that it is a month-to-month plan you can cancel anytime.
What counts as an evaluation?
An evaluation is one complete AI scoring pass on a submitted site, from intake through to a scored report. Scorecard drafts and incomplete submissions do not count.
Who processes my payment?
All payments are processed securely by our global payment partner. They handle VAT, sales tax, and payment compliance globally, ensuring your transaction is secure and compliant with local regulations. You can manage your subscription and request refunds through our secure buyer portal.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact us if you need help migrating data between plans.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@thecuespaces.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Site data and evaluation reports are stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases. Payment data never touches our servers; it goes directly to our PCI-compliant payment partner.
Do you support African payment methods?
Our secure payment gateway supports major international cards and digital wallets. We are evaluating local African payment options for future releases. Contact us if this is a blocker for your team.
Prices are shown in your local currency, inclusive of any tax we are required to charge. Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.
