We built this because we needed it. Twice.

Project 01 — Gas Refilling Plant, Port Harcourt

The first time, we got lucky. We just didn't know it yet.

The evaluation was manual. Road access, community risk, expansion potential — figured out through instinct and local contacts. The right calls got made, but only because of existing relationships with the right people.

There was no system. No way to know what we didn't know. The things we missed only became obvious later.

Project 02 — Data Centre, East-West Road Corridor
